Micro & Nano Flows researchers give invited talks at TUM workshop on hybrid methods

Duncan Lockerby gave an invited talk at a workshop on "Hybrid simulation methods in fluid dynamics: models, software and applications” at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), June 20th-21st, 2016. His talk was entitled "A hybrid model for high aspect-ratio micro/nano flows: transient problems and on-the-fly machine learning”. Jason Reese, who co-chaired the event, delivered a talk on “Water flow in nanotubes: an important engineering opportunity and a testbed for hybrid methods”.
