Jason Reese was invited to be a Plenary Speaker at the Summer School of MIGRATE

Jason Reese was a Plenary Speaker at the Summer School of MIGRATE (MIniaturized Gas flow foR Applications with enhanced Thermal Effects) in Strasbourg on 27th June, 2016. MIGRATE (www.migrate2015.eu) is an EU Horizon 2020 funded Marie Sklodowska-Curie action, which addresses some of the current challenges to innovation that face European industry with regard to heat and mass transfer in gas-based micro-scale processes. The associated ETN innovation training network has 10 beneficiaries and 6 associate organisations, spanning numerical, experimental, theoretical and applied research experts across academia, large scale industry and high-tech SMEs. Jason’s talk was entitled: “The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly: the challenges of simulating micro gas flows for technological design”.
